This digital exhibition is dedicated to all things wintry with a dash of Christmas cheer. The show begins with the iconic work of Currier & Ives, glides merrily through the works of twentieth century and contemporary artists and ends with a selection of artist-made Christmas cards and Thomas Nast's infamous depictions of Santa Claus.

Did you know? Thomas Nast (1840-1902) is credited with creating our modern vision of Santa Claus; fat and jolly.
