The text type is Simoncini Italian Garamond set by Linotype by Norman Cordes of Glen Rock, New Jersey and printed by John Ross. Printed at the East Hampton print shop of the High Tide Press. Forty pages with original prints throughout.

The end papers are woodcuts and type, inside pages include an additional 17 woodcuts by John Ross, plus text printed title page. John Ross is widely recognized as one of the most famous artists using collagraph printing technique as an expressive medium.

Inscribed "7/40" and dated April 1992. Signed in ink on the colophon page. Bound in dark blue cloth with matching slip case.
