Note, at the time the LIRR ran east on Long Beach to the village of "Nassau by the Sea" and Point Lookout. Many of the south bay islands are named. Notes lots, buildings and their owners. This map appeared in Hyde's very scarce oversized "Atlas of Nassau County Long Island N.Y."
