  • DESCRIPTION: Bleau's classic map of Asia. The side panels depict pairs of costumed figures representing the inhabitants of the different regions and countries shown on the map. The upper border depicts nine cities or major trading posts. Included are Damascus, Jerusalem, Aden, and Macao. Embellished with sailing ships, sea monsters, a lion, and an elephant. A very handsome map.

  • CONDITION: Good condition save for some repaired tears in the upper corners. Original hand coloring with modern re-enhancement.
