• DESCRIPTION: Highly detailed linen backed, segmented case map in unusually fine condition. This map shows the main island of the Hawaii. W. D. Alexander was the Surveyor General to Queen Liliuokalani during the last decade of the monarchy. This map bears two applied labels for Edward Stanford, "sole agent by appointment for the sale of Ordnance Maps."
