DESCRIPTION: A fine engraved map of the island of Grenada. Lattre based this map on Thomas Jeffreys map that appeared in "The West Indian Atlas" This particular version was re-engraved and issued by the French cartographer Jean Lattre. Noted on the map are place names, anchorage's, rivers hills and roads. A printed description of the island in the lower left. An unusual and scarce map.
