• DESCRIPTION: A fine early aviation print from the Gamy-Montaut series, which documents the earliest examples of motorized transportation, including automobile, motorcycle, speedboat and airplane races. This one depicts a Bleriot monoplane on a European circuit including Holland and London. Dramatic posters documenting the earliest auto and air races, these prints were popular for advertising promotions as well as for home decoration.
