The Swamp or State Lands & Individual Possessions." A very large segmented map showing the mineral lands in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. With two inset maps, a large plan of Isle Royale and “Plan of the Great Lakes and Eastern & Western States. Second state. First issued in 1855, revised and reissued in 1864. Scarce.

  • CONDITION: Overall good condition, save for a couple of small areas of image loss in the lower portion of the map due to rodents. Original hand coloring.
