Samuel B. Waugh

Samuel Bell Waugh was an American artist best known for his portrait and moving panorama paintings. Some of his famous sitters included Abraham Lincoln and Ulysses S. Grant. Most of Waugh's career was spent working out of Philadelphia, but he also traveled through Europe and lived briefly in New York City, Totonto and Montreal, Canada.
