After a downtown tourchlight parade marking the end of the 'National Day of Shame' midnight. The day signified the 10th anniversary of the Geneva agreements which resulted in the partitioning of Viet Nam. The students smashed windows, broke up furniture, tore pictures from the walls and burned a car. No arrests were reported. 7/21/64."
