Publisher : Published and printed by Imbert's lithography. This Masonic Hall was built in 1826 and torn down in 1856. H. Reinagle was the architect. It was located on Broadway between Duane and Pearl Streets. This lithograph is one of a probable set of twelve views of buildings that were drawn on stone by Davis and printed by Imbert. The prints were offered for sale indvidually or as a set. The N.Y. Historical Society owns one of the original paper wraps with the title "Views of The Public Buildings in the City of New York." As prints from the series are very rare, it is likely that very few sets were ever sold.
