DESCRIPTION: A early and unusual map of Vermont. This map usually appeared in Thompson's "Gazetteer of the State of Vermont." With this example it is bound in vest pocket map format complete with period heavy paper covers.

CONDITION: Fair to good condition. Some splitting along folds, slight loss on lower right corner due to wear. Backed on period linen. Soft original hand coloring. Should be treated as an object.
