This is the sixth state of the map. Its various states depicted shifting political boundaries after the French and Indian War, and after the American Revolution with the independence of the new United States.

The map is impressively detailed, especially in South and Central America and the eastern regions of North America. Western North America is more speculatively charted, and includes the imaginary Fou Sang colony in Canada. An inset table lists the regions and islands in the possession of different European countries, as well as the individual U.S. colonies. The attractive decorative title cartouche includes plants and an alligator.
