Signed and titled in pencil. Image was taken by artist while on a fishing expedition off the coast of Chimbote, Peru. She was a Peace Corps volunteer at the time - 165-67. The Peruvian anchoveta is a species of fish of the anchovy family. It has yielded greater catches than any other single wild fish species in the world with annual harvests varying between 4.2 to 8.3 tons in 2008-12.
