  • DESCRIPTION: Two maps, One dated November 1867 and noted as being a rough draft. The other dated December 10, 1867, and is more refined. The area of land is located off of the Papskanee Creek which feeds into the Moordender Kill, which in turn feeds into the Hudson River. It is located in Rensselaer County on the east side of the Hudson just below Albany. Staat's Bridge is located. The maps depict an area from just south of Staat's bridge northward to approximately Hay's road and eastward to approximately Phillips Road.

  • CONDITION: Fair condition. Both maps have seen use and misuse. Short tears, stains etc.
