  • DESCRIPTION: Gossip!<br><br> These caricatures were based off the play "The School for Scandal" by Richard Brinsley Sheridan, first preformed in London in 1777. Fifteen ladies stand around gossiping. In one panel, the one woman says, "and with a low bred fellow!" to which the other replies, "Did you expect any thing else?"<br><br> Sadly, this print is lacking the far right section which should have two addition figures, number 16 and 17.<br><br>


  • CONDITION: Fair condition with foxing. Multi-panels piece attached together.. Lacking far right panel.. Sold as is.
