Publisher : Painted & engraved by E. Savage. Shows a full bust portrait of Washington in uniform, face 3/4 right, with the Order of Cincinnati pin on the left lapel of his coat. Portrait is set in an oval, set into a rectangle. This is the first state of three of this print. Sadly it lacks the lower lines of text. "President of the United States of America.
