  • DESCRIPTION: A fine lithograph copyrighted by N. Currier, 1850, with a slightly pessimistic view of the human condition. Similar to his "The Life and Age of Man", this print was published by Currier and Ives, New York. Each print shows the 11 stages of life, with a four-line verse explaining each. Example for a woman at 15: "Now glorious as a full-blown flower, The heart of manhood feels her power."

  • CONDITION: Good condition with full original color. Toning in the margins and remains of an old mat line, this print has never been cleaned.
