  • DESCRIPTION: Image portrays a boy scout, in uniform, kneeling on a stone platform labeled "Weapons for Liberty" and holding a sword inscribed "Be prepared". An allegorical portrayal of Lady Liberty as a female warrior figure standing behind him holding a golden shield emblazoned with an American eagle emblem and wearing a crown, a robe fashioned from an American flag, and sandals.
