DESCRIPTION: Unsigned, inscribed with the artists name and initialed "P.L." P.L. is Patricia Lewis the artist's daughter-in-law and executor of the estate. This is likely a study for a watercolor or painting as colors are noted in the building in the background.
ADDITIONAL INFO: Stamped on verso "collection of Lucile Deming Lewis" the artist's wife.
CONDITION: Good condition, from a drawing pad, two circular holes in the left, which held it in the drawing pad, small tear in the paper right.
