  • DESCRIPTION: A set of five vertical sections showing the navigable section of the Hudson River from the upper bay of New York northwards to Saratoga.<br><br> Each section has the following subtitle: Section one, New York to Tarrytown. Section two, Nyack to Newburgh. Section three Newburgh to Kingston. Section 4, Kingston to Coxsackie. And section five, Coxsackie to Albany and mouth of Mohawk River.<br><br> The maps are somewhat detailed, identifying towns showing roads, railroads, lighthouses and land contours.<br><br> Being in five equal sized sections makes this map far easier to frame.
