Illustrated with an signed impression of the Little Spring House, along with two other lithographs. One of the floor plan and another exterior details of the exterior of the Spring House. Both from surveys by the artist. Albert Barker was concerned about recording and saving many of the landmark nineteenth-century barns in eastern Pennsylvania. The image "Little Spring House" was also used as a Christmas card in 1933 for The Print Corner run by Elizabeth Whitmore.Text on colophon page "This is no 75 of a limited edition of 108 numbered copies printed on Highclere hand-made paper.
