DESCRIPTION: On verso "One Appalachian Family, SE Kuntucky near Heyden. Mother and Jr. age 6 pluck chicken they recently killed and scalded. They always had chickens, but about a year ago they ordered 200 chicks from Sears. These came in the mail. They built a house and pen for them. Now they have eggs and meat." <br><br>
