DESCRIPTION: A small but highly detailed folding pocket map of the Hudson River. This map was first issued in J. Disturnell’s “The Traveller’s Guide through the States of New York, Canada, etc.” This impression folds into original pocket map covers. A note on the bottom identifies that is was published by Henry Tanner, Agent. It is possible the Tanner was working as an agent for the sale of this map for David Burr.
ADDITIONAL INFO: Retains original hard covers.
CONDITION: Good condition save for some secondary fold creases and occasional minor tears along edge. Full original hand coloring.
