Elias M. Grossman

Elias Mandel Grossman was a Russian-born, Jewish-American artist. He immigrated to the United States in 1911 with his family, where they settled in Brooklyn, New York. He became known in the 20s and 30th for his etchings of New York City. His was a member of the Society of American Etchers and worked for the WPA Federal Arts Program.
