Harry Shoulberg

Harry Shoulberg was an American expressionist painter and printmaker, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He became a member of the National Serigraph Society after the Works Progress Administration dissolved in 1943. His work has won numerous awards and was exhibited widely from the 1940-1960s.
