Louise Arnstein Freedman was an American artist, born in St. Louis, Missouri. She studied at both Vassar College and the Art Students League of New York. As a printmaker, she produced work in an assortment of mediums, including lithography, woodcut, etching and silkscreen. She was an early member of the National Serigraph Society and was included in their 1947 and 1951 exhibitions at the Dallas Museum of Fine Arts.
