W.P. Eberhard Eggers

William Paul Eberhard Eggers was a renowned German artist. He was born in Hanover, Germany just months before the outbreak of World War II and is buried in Stadtfriedhof Engesohde, Hanover, Germany. The artist worked in a variety of mediums including printmaking, where he focused heavily on etching and engraving, sculpture and painting. His work was featured in numerous shows around the world and Associated American Artists commissioned several prints from him between 1969 and 1979.
