1907-
Twentieth century lithographer, illustrator and painter who studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and settled in the American northwest in the 1930s. Most of his landscapes focus on this region and British Columbia. His original lithographs were shown at exhibitions in San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago and New York. Benefiting from the New Deal era, he was commissioned to paint a mural in the Loveland, Colorado post office, a New Deal art project. A number of his lithographs were commissioned by the Associated American Artists.
