Marguerite "Redman"Dorgeloh was born in Watsonville, California. She is reputed to have made some 50 prints, primarly lithographs, for the Federal Arts Project between 1936-1940, depicting urban architecture in San Francisco. A sad coda to her life was her suicide in 1944.
