Katharine Cameron

Katharine Cameron (1874-1965) was born in Glasgow Scotland on February 26, 1874. She studied at the Glasgow School of Art and Atelier Colarossi with Gustave Courtois, and was a member of the Glasgow Society of Lady Artists. She exhibited at the Royal Scottish Academy from 1894 to 1965. Cameron is primarily known as a painter although she produced a fine body of etchings.
