Publisher : Jodocus Hondius / Pierre Mariette. Paris. This is a good example of this scarce world map. This map was issued by Mariette and was based on Joducus Hondius' more common world map of 1617. In the early 17th century, several maps based on Hondius' map were printed by different cartographers such as Berey, and Boisseau.
