DESCRIPTION: A fine example of this Ptolemaic map of the ancient regions of Scythia Intra Imaum, Serica, Scythia Extra Imaum, India Intra Gangem, India Extra Gangem, and Sina Regio. Each distinctly divided by mountain ranges. This map appeared in Magini's"Geographiae Cl. Ptolemaei Pars Scounda" which was part of "Geographiae Universae...".
