Publisher : Signed, titled, and dated in pencil. Manresa/Keyser is a former Island just off Norwalk, Connecticut. During the late 19th century the owner connected the island to the mainland at South Norwalk. It was sold in the 1950s to Connecticut Light & Power which built a coal-fired plant that was converted decades later to produce power using oil fuel.
