DESCRIPTION: In 1964 Associated American Artists in collaboration with the estate of Lyonel Feininger printed 12 woodcuts by the artist. The blocks chosen were never printed in a formal edition by the artist and exist in lifetime impressions in proofs only. Prasse lists carbon-copy paper and yellow tissue paper printings, ten unsigned printed in portfolio "10 Holzchnitte von Lyonel Feininger," 1926.
