DESCRIPTION: Plus two columns of text. New Best Fifty #31.<br><br> This print was produced two years after the bridge construction began in 1870. It opened in 1883. Print makers quickly incorporated images of the bridge into views of the city before it was actually built. Often these renderings were not completely accurate. In this lithograph the draftsman shows the towers with round instead of the gothic archways which it is famous for.<br><br>
