Is located at the confluence of Fifth Avenue and Broadway at 23rd Street, and was designed by Daniel H. Burnham and Frederick P. Dinkelberg. It opened on October 1, 1902, and was the home to the Fuller Construction Company. The Fuller Company sold the building in 1925, and the Equitable Life Assurance Society took it over in 1933 following a foreclosure auction. In 2019, the ownership was divided among several companies. Disagreement over the development forced the building to be sold at a court-ordered auction; however, the buyer failed to pay the required deposit. The primary shareholders began converting the building from commercial use to residential use in 2023 with a reopening in 2026.
