DESCRIPTION: Schuyler, Montgomery. 25 pages, 10 illustrations plus frontispiece etching by Earl Horter, signed in pencil. The book is dedicated to Cass Gilbert, designer of the Woolworth Building. Limited to one thousand copies. The book were printed and bound for Frank W. Woolworth, for distribution to his friends at the completion of construction of this iconic building. Quarto (4to), dark brown paper over boards with ivory cloth spine, gilt stamping to both boards, embossed architectural inlay on upper board, in original paper covered box.

CONDITION: The book is in near perfect condition, the original box shows wear and the corners are cracked. Unusual to find with the original box.
