DESCRIPTION: A small and well engraved map of the walled city of Huy located on the Meuse River in the Liège province of Belgium. Gabriel Bodenehr the Elder (c. 1664-1758) was a Swiss artist who worked in Augsburg. He created many topographical views and plans of European and North African cities. Many were gathered under the overall title Le Gloire et la Force de l'Europe.
