Konstantin Chmutin, born in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg) in 1953, is a distinguished printmaker whose work has been exhibited internationally and is held in prominent collections, including the New York Public Library and the Hunterian Art Gallery in Glasgow. He is a member of the St. Petersburg Artists Association in Russia, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Engravers in England, and an honorary member of the Society of American Graphic Artists (SAGA).
