  • DESCRIPTION: From the German text edition of Johann Wilhelm Weinmann's "Phytanthoza Iconographia". This beautiful work provides a nearly complete record of the flowers, fruits and vegetables cultivated in the early 18th century. The plates are among the earliest examples of color printing from a single plate.

  • ADDITIONAL INFO: This piece is a 10.5 x 15.5 inch archival mylar for handling.

  • CONDITION: Good condition and color, save for some minor foxing on right edge. Multiple 1/4" inch tears on bottom edge/border, does not affect plate/image.
