After a few minutes of looking closely at this aquatint you can almost smell the contents of the steaming terrines on the tabletop. A tea setting is on top of the Sumno and the two suggestive paintings on the wall are signed "J. B. Oudry" (Jean Baptiste Oudry). Many other fun details available with investigation.
