  • DESCRIPTION: A real estate development that never happened. In the foreground is Wildwood Lake with the Lake View House sitting prominently on its shoreline. Off to the right is the town of Riverhead with Long Island Sound in the background. The Peconic Bay, Jamesport and Shelter Island are identified in the central distance. Off to the right is the Great South Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Above and below the main image are vignettes of residences, public schools, churches, banks etc. Advertised are lots priced from $25 to $300 with easy payments. Additional description of the area on verso and affidaved stating the property taxes will be paid by the company for five years. A scarce piece.
