These lots, are located on 85th and 86th streets between 1st and 2nd Avenues and York Ave. On the lower edge the auctioneer is also advertising the sale of country residence of the late Robert Swift Livingston, known as "Almont". 398 acres situated in the town of Red Hook, Dutchess County, NY.
