The design for the area from Roosevelt to Maple Boulevards is different from what was actually built. The map shows a beautiful tree lined Park Avenue, a proposed trolley line running up and down both Park Ave. and Broadway. Shore Road is named Front Street on the map The boardwalk is shown running the length of the ocean front and a proposed Rainer Pear is shown at the end of Roosevelt Blvd.

Williams Reynolds was a prominent land developer in Brooklyn and Queens.
