"This Tug kept company with 'Washington." <BR><BR> "C. of Washington was changed from compound engines to triple-expansion cylinder 24" 38" 63" x 6ft stroke, also new steel boiler (6) 12 ft. diam. I was working in the drafting room of Morgan Iron Works, foot of 10th St & East River. I made general ( unidentified word) of Triple Expansion engine of "City of Washington." Very large drawing all shaded up with watercolor. <BR><BR> Henry Lefevic 'head of draughting room .....".
