There were at least two sessions -- a session about 1884 and a second session about November 1893.

The N.Y. Photogravure Co. (New York Photogravure Company) was a prominent American firm, active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, known for producing high-quality, detailed photographic prints using the photogravure process, a method that creates rich, continuous-tone images suitable for art and commercial reproduction, often seen on antique postcards, art prints, and historical photos from places like the Catskills or of notable figures. They were located in New York City, likely on West 23rd Street, and collaborated with photographers and artists to bring detailed images to market, marking their work with their distinctive imprint.
