This artwork, showcasing a bustling scene on Randolph Street, was adapted by Mr. Higgins, a music publisher located on Randolph Street, to accompany a piece of music written by Mrs. Skeffington Thompson. For the sheet music cover, the lithograph was modified slightly: the advertisement for "The Fattest Woman" was removed, and title text along with a decorative border were added. The final product was printed by the Chicago Lithographic Co., blending visual artistry with musical promotion.
