Raoul Varin. French watercolor artist active in Europe and North America. Exhibited in the Salon of French Artist and received honorable mention in 1892. He is best remembered for a series of aquatint views of Chicago and New York. Some of the views were of scenes as he saw it, some with based on earlier views.
