Bair & Sons, Harrisburg, PA. <br><br> Apart from being a Major General and Medal of Honor recipient, John F. Hartranft (1830-1889) was also the individual who read the death warrant for those facing execution on July 7, 1865 in connection to the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln.
